Pinehurst Trace is an independent living, covenant controlled community of privately owned homes for adults aged 55 and over who want the comfort and security of being part of a specialized community, along with the privacy and independence of owning their own home.
It is located just north of the Pinehurst, NC traffic circle, off NC Route 15-501.
The Pinehurst Trace community is designed for persons who are approaching retirement or are already retired and are looking to pursue a comfortable, creative, secure lifestyle. Established in 1985, the homes in Pinehurst Trace range in size from 1300 square feet to over 2400 square feet, based on one of several two and three bedroom designs. All homes are brick with vinyl trim. Older homes have one car garages; newer homes feature two car garages.
